1. Shipping Locations

FEREMO Sleepwear currently ships to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to international destinations in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - check our homepage for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website.

6. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse location and availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

10. Customs and International Orders

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future. When available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

11. Holidays and Peak Seasons

During holiday seasons and promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended due to high order volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
